Who is Eligible

  • Have owned and occupied the home as your primary residence at the time of the storm.

  • Have experienced damage from the Hurricanes Idalia, Debby, Helene, Milton, or the 2024 North Florida Tornadoes.

  • Meet income and other basic federal program criteria.

  • Generally, if you still have any storm damage to your home, you should pre-apply.

To be eligible for Rebuild Florida assistance, you must:

Priority will be given to:

  • Households with children under 18.

  • Seniors aged 62+.

  • Individuals with disabilities.
